"Colors were spot on!!"
I ordered a tie for a wedding, and the color looked pretty much exactly like the photos on the site!! That’s not always the case when shopping online, so I was really happy with it.

"Solid ties for the price"
I ordered a couple of ties from ties.com the whole thing was easy. They arrived faster than I expected, and compared to some other ties I’ve bought online, the colors actually matched the photos really well. The quality was also a bit better than I thought it would be for the price. Checkout was simple, no weird issues or extra hassle. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Order was mostly right"
I got my order from Ties.com and, for the most part, everything was right. One of the ties was the wrong color though, which was kind of annoying. Not the end of the world, but still. Shipping was fine and it got here okay. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check the package right when it shows up.

I got my order from Ties.com and the packaging was nicer than I was thinking it would be. The tie came in this neat little box, not smashed up or all weird looking, and it made me feel like they actually cared about how it showed up.
It wasn’t fancy in like an over-the-top way, just clean and put together good. I was giving it as a gift, so that helped a lot actually. Happy with it, and yeah, I’d order from them again.

The tie looked nice when I first took it out, but I’m completely convinced the fabric is thinner than I expected. The stitching seemed fine, so no big complaints there. For the price, it’s not a bad deal at all, but quality-wise it’s absolutely more average than amazing.

I picked up a couple of ties from Ties.com and felt like I got a solid deal. They looked a bit nicer than I was expecting for around what I paid, and the quality seems decent so far. Shipping took maybe a few days or so, nothing super speedy, but it showed up without any problems. For the price, I’d probably order from them again.

"Finally a tie that’s long enough"
I’m tall, so Ties.com can be hit or miss for me. I actually reached out before ordering and support basically said, “You should be good on the length,” which turned out to be true. No awkward tiny short end after tying it, and it sat just right. Really happy with it

Customer service got back to me fairly quickly and explained the steps. Once they received the return, the refund came through a few days later. No runaround or weird issues, so I’d feel fine shopping there again.

"Return Was Easy, No Headache"
I had to send back a tie because the color was not really matching what I needed it for. The return steps were clear enough, and back and forth emailing forever, I did not have to do, which was nice.
I got my refund faster than I was expecting too. simple the whole process was, and I really appreciated that. I’d order from ties.com again

I had a quick question about my order because I was trying to sort it out during my lunch break, and I expected to be waiting around. They got back to me really fast, were super easy to deal with, and fixed the issue without making it feel like a whole production. I was making coffee at the same time and it was basically handled before I even finished. Would definitely order again.

"Clean knot, but not totally blown away"
I got a tie from ties.com and I have to admit, the knot comes out clean every time. It’s not too bulky and it sits straight with my dress shirts, which I really appreciate since I’m not great at tying ties. That said, I’m not sure it feels super special overall, but for getting a neat-looking knot without much effort, it’s been a solid pick.
